Day 0 Aug. 11th (not in France yet)
Wow today was crazy, and hectic. We woke up at 7 and the rushing began. Breakfast was crammed, last minute things packed, and ipods that were charging were unhooked and put away. After much crying and saying goodbye to grandma, and my moms friend (not me i didn't cry, and yes my heart is made of stone) we got on our flight to chicago. 2 hours later we at the o'hare, with a 5 hour wait for the next plane to paris. We set up camp in an isolated waiting area, and there were no outlets open which posed a problem, since i need power for life basically. Of course there were 2 but this one guy was hogging them both, and he knew it. He had his shoes off watching his little movie, so relaxed, so plugged in. but whatever. Everywhere i looked in that whole airport people were gathered aroung the power like pack rats. Finally, i saw a woman get up, and i immediately jumped on the outlet. "Yesssss." That was a much more pleasant 5 hours after that. So me, dylan, mom, and chloe got in the air plane. Walking through the airplane we got really excited after seeing first class sitting in their mini-living rooms, but we were happy with the seats we got, i mean they had mini screens! I got to watch one hannah montana commercial before the screen turned off, and the piolet said they were going to reboot the screens or something. They never did, but we did get to see the map with our plane on it, and by the looks of it our plane was about the size of massachuttes. Then it turned 12 am. So technically i have to change days.
