Okay guys i just had like this really wierd dream, so I was back in Vermont and I guess we were holding like Jr. Olympics there or something. And there was this big race, Jasmine, and Whitney tied for 2nd, but this little Asian girl who was like 9 beat them. Then we just hung out in the art room, and i skipped band and two thirds of shop, before i finally decided to go to shop. And then Eric wasn't even mad, he was just laughing. Anyway, I'm sorry that has nothing to do with our adventures in Paris, just a side note. Back to reality. I woke up at 9 30, and went through the usual routine. I was a little nervous though tomorrow is my placement test. Now, my mom says theres nothing to worry about, but as I see it they're judging me on my intelligence, and that's intimidating. Anyway, I was trying to figure out how to divide exponents, and remember pretty much everything else that I had learned the previous year, but I couldn't so I can only hope that it will come to me before then. After lunch we went out for our afternoon walk, we were going back to Thanksgiving, the american food store. When we got there our eyes got wide as the sights so familiar to us were there. Pop tarts, Lucky Charms, yellow mustard, Nerds it was all there. And very expensive! The Pop tarts were 6.50 euros. Which is like 9 dollars or so. So we ended up just getting the yellow mustard, which was also overpriced, but it was worth it. After the American store we walked around for a good while before we found this pretty sweet English bookstore. Supposedly the biggest in Paris, or something like that. Outside there was a cello, and a violin or something like that, and they were really good. It was somebody's birthday. After that it was on to more walking, and walking. Okay I'll just skip the walking and go to the part where we get internet! kinda. So we had tried, many different places this faithful day, and everyone said we needed some kind of number. (I'm not really sure, I usually stayed with the kids) but finally we went to this place called orange, and got internet. Well, we have to wait ten days to set it up, but still. So, that's what I'm excited about. After getting the sacred internet we walked along the river, before heading in.
